FIRST CAMERA: Sony Handycam DCR-SX40
This camera took great pictures, had great Zoom, and mac support. However it's User Interface was really hard to use. You had to go through multiple button presses to FOCUS goddammit. I did like this camera, and if you're not easily frustrated over UI (aka a windows user), then by all means, go for this camera. Close, but no cigar.
SECCOND CAMERA: Panasonic SDR-S26
Just about all aspects of this camera are shit. The picture quality: Shit. The User Interface: Shitty engrish. The "Features": Shit.
Apparently, this camera has "Advanced Stabilization", but it seems that it doesn't, and pretty much conks out after about 30x of the 70x optical zoom. The user interface is crap, you can hardly understand most of it. THe little symbols are just confusing.
The illusion this camera presents is the images looking wonderful on the LCD monitor, but when you import them into a PC, they appear to have rainbow around anything that moves. This looks awful, and isn't even worth youtube. Ok, maybe it's good enough for youtube. BUT NO MORE!
The third I'm getting is the Samsung SMX-F30. This one has some good reviews, so we'll see if it measures up to them. With 10 days left in my 14 days of camera swapping, I hope I find a decent camera soon.

In the end, it'll all be okay.
If it's not okay, it's not the end.
